Easter Nails

Happy Easter!

What I used:

China Glaze:
Flip Flop Fantasy (pink)
Yellow Polka Dot Bikini
Kiwi Cool-Ada (green)
Towel Boy Toy (blue)

Sally Hanson:
Double-duty Base & Top Coat
Violet Frost

Acrylics:
White
Black
Light Pink
Orange
Brown
Purple
Yellow

Various size dotting tools
Flat nail art brush

After applying your base coat, paint each fingernail a different color. Paint your ring finger yellow and index finger green.
To make the bunny, paint a white, half-circle on the tip of your index finger. You can use white polish or acrylic paint with a flat nail art brush.
Then, paint two long, straight, white lines for the ears. Using a dotting tool, paint light pink inside the ears and a very small dot for the nose.
Add two large brown dots and two tiny white dots inside the brown dots to make the eyes.  Remember, it doesn't have to be perfect. It's supposed to be fun! It's going to look cute regardless...
To make the chick, first paint a zig-zag, white line at the bottom of your nail using white polish or acrylic paint.
Next, paint an upside-down triangle for the beak using orange polish or acrylic paint and a dotting tool.
Last, using a dotting tool, make two tiny black dots for the eyes.

To finish it off, use that dotting tool to add polka dots to the other three fingers and make Easter eggs. :)  I used yellow on purple, purple on pink and pink on blue. Don't forget to apply your top coat for that shine you want, and your're done! Cute fingernails for the holiday. Enjoy and have a great Easter weekend!
